Located on the Gibbs Mill Road in Livermore Castonguay Meats has been at this location for over forty years. Started in the early seventies as a slaughter only facility we grew in 1982 to a full service Custom Slaughter House. There are three generations working in the company today.
In the spring of 2012 we started offering USDA certified meats. These are cut vacuumed wrapped and fast frozen to preserve freshness and taste.
All the organic waste from our operations is mixed with horse manure and turned into a rich compost for your gardening needs. This compost is available in the spring while supplies last.
